On Vikiroom, there is always a reason for the first message. Instead of asking “Hi, how are you?”, invite someone to a game, discuss a Channels post or send a gift that opens a chat. The Smart Replies AI assistant suggests responses and translates them, which helps when you speak different languages.

No. Vikiroom is a social discovery app for finding relationships, new friends or gaming partners. You decide what you are looking for.

The app is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Russian. You can use it in any country where Google Play is available. Smart Replies can translate responses to help reduce language barriers.

You must be at least 18. Vikiroom is exclusively for adults, and you need to enter your correct date of birth when signing up.

Recommendations use your search settings (age, gender and distance) and account for user activity. The search radius may expand if there are too few suitable people nearby. Recommendations can include people who are currently offline. Online, recently active and active today statuses help you see who may respond sooner. Consecutive daily logins increase your profile visibility so it appears more often in recommendations.

Yes. In a chat, select the option to invite someone to a multiplayer game, and they will receive an invitation to join. There are also single-player games with points and a global leaderboard. Games include 2048, Sudoku, Memory Match, Water Sorting, Minesweeper and more.

Channels are themed posts within Vikiroom about psychology, relationships, trends and astrology. They give you conversation ideas: a Channels post can be a topic to discuss with someone new.

Virtual gifts are a way to show interest and start a conversation. A gift opens a chat even without a mutual like. Gifts can be common, rare or epic, and you can buy them or get them from Chests. A larger collection moves you higher in the VIKIROOM TOP rankings.

Vikiroom offers several AI tools:

• Smart Replies suggest three responses based on your conversation, with flirty, witty or thoughtful tones, and can translate them.
• An opening-message suggestion for an empty chat.
• Chat insights explain how the conversation is going, what to say next and what to avoid.
• Smart translation.
• Help writing your About me text.

You decide what to send: AI can make mistakes. Smart Replies have a daily limit without Premium.

Yes. Downloading and using Vikiroom is free, including your profile, recommendations, chats after mutual likes, messaging without per-message charges, games and Channels. Paid options include Premium, the Vikicoins currency and individual features such as Fire Messages beyond the free limit and gifts.

The simplest way is a mutual like, which opens a chat for free. Without a mutual like, you can send a Fire Message, a gift or Vikicoins. These options are paid or included in Premium.

Vikicoins are Vikiroom’s in-app currency for gifts, Premium and other features. You can buy them or earn them for free through consecutive daily logins and rewarded ads. Reward amounts are shown in the app.

Premium adds:

• A star on your profile.
• Fire Messages every week.
• A list of people who liked you.
• Smart Replies without a daily limit.

The price depends on your country and is shown in Google Play before payment. Core Vikiroom features remain available without Premium, while gifts and some Vikicoins services are charged separately.

If you purchased Premium as a Google Play subscription, open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Vikiroom → Cancel. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

Vikiroom has several layers of protection:

• The app is for adults only (18+).
• New profiles undergo an initial check.
• You can report or block any user.

A blocked person disappears from your chats and recommendations and cannot send you gifts. Automatic filtering blocks photos that violate Vikiroom’s Terms of Service. Do not send money to people you meet in chats or follow suspicious links, and arrange a first meeting in a public place.

Open the profile or chat and choose Report or Block. You can select a reason and add an explanation to your report. Your blocked list is in settings, where you can also unblock people.

Purchases are usually credited automatically within a few minutes. Restart the app. If your purchase still has not appeared, contact support and include:

• Your account.
• The purchase name.
• Your Google Play order number (starting with GPA.).

Do not send passwords, verification codes or card details.

You can request account deletion by emailing vikiroom.vr@gmail.com.

You can also delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account) or at vikiroom.com/delete. There is a recovery period after deletion during which you can restore your account. Your data is then fully deleted; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Check your internet connection, update Vikiroom to the available version and restart the app. If the problem continues, contact support with your device model, Android and app versions, and the action that triggers the error. If possible, attach a screenshot without private conversations or other sensitive data.

Email vikiroom.vr@gmail.com. Describe your question and identify the account involved. For technical issues, include your device model and app version; for purchases, include the store order number. Do not send your password or verification codes.
